Pipeline
The pipeline shows every deal you're working on, from new lead to won, on a board with one column per stage. It tells you what's coming in and what needs a nudge.
Working deals
- Add a deal from Pipeline or a contact's page, with its value, owner and expected close date.
- Drag a card to another column to move it along. On a phone, use the card's menu.
- Mark a deal won or lost (with a reason). The board shows open deals; switch to Won, Lost or All to see the rest.
- Switch to the list to sort by value or close date, or show only your own deals.
- A contact's deals show on their page. Owners can delete deals.
Getting paid
With Payments set up, a deal's Get paid button sends the customer a payment link or invoice for its value. The deal is marked won as soon as it's paid.
Stages and pipelines
A new workspace starts with a “Sales” pipeline: New, Contacted, Quote sent and Follow-up. Owners rename, add (up to 12) and reorder stages under Pipeline → Pipelines. How many pipelines you can have depends on your plan.
Owners can also switch on, in Automations:
- New leads open a deal: form, lead ad and booking leads each start a deal in your chosen pipeline.
- A payment marks the deal won: any payment from a contact wins their open deal.
- A won deal starts a project, with your usual tasks.
Common questions
How do I change the stages?
Owners go to Pipeline → Pipelines to rename, add (up to 12) and reorder stages.
Can deals be added by themselves?
Yes. An owner can switch on "New leads open a deal" in Automations, so new form, lead ad and booking leads each start a deal. "A payment marks the deal won" closes it when they pay.
How does Get paid on a deal work?
With Payments set up, Get paid sends the customer a payment link or invoice for the deal's value, and the deal is marked won as soon as it's paid.
Can I have more than one pipeline?
It depends on your plan. Owners add pipelines under Pipeline → Pipelines.
Who can delete a deal?
Owners. Anyone can mark a deal won or lost instead, which keeps it in your numbers.
