Ads and lead ads
Boost your posts and run simple ads on Facebook and Instagram, and bring every lead from your ad forms straight into DVT.
Not in the sidebar? It isn't part of your plan. Owners can see what's included under Settings → Billing.
Running ads
Connect your Facebook Page and Meta ad account under Settings → Connections. Then, in Ads, you can:
- boost a post that already went out on Facebook or Instagram, or
- make a simple image ad: one photo, a headline (up to 40 characters), text (up to 500), a link and a button such as Learn more, Get quote, Book now or Shop now.
Choose a city and a radius (10 to 50 miles), an age range (18 to 65), a daily budget (at least $1) and how long it runs (at least a day). Spend, impressions and clicks show on the Ads page.
Ads run on your own Meta ad account, and Meta charges the card on it. Only owners can launch, boost or resume ads; everyone can see them. Your plan sets the most you can spend per ad and how many run at once.
Lead ads
Leads come in from:
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms, through your connected Facebook Page;
- LinkedIn lead forms, and Google Local Services ads (calls, messages and booking requests), which owners connect under Settings → Connections → Lead ads.
Each lead is added to Contacts with their answers as a note, gets its own inbox conversation, and the team gets a new-lead alert. See them all under Ads → Leads, and reply from the inbox by email.
Common questions
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly: ads run on your own Meta ad account, and Meta charges the card on it. DVT shows your spend and results.
Can I run LinkedIn or TikTok ads?Coming soon
Not yet. DVT runs ads on Facebook and Instagram today. It does bring in leads from LinkedIn lead forms and Google Local Services ads.
Vote for it on the ideas board so we know how much you want it.
Why can't I launch an ad?
Only owners can launch, boost or resume ads, and you need a Facebook Page connected. Your plan also sets the most you can spend per ad and how many can run at once.
